　　中新社武汉4月28日电 (石柏安)第十届“金飞燕”海峡两岸微电影微视频大赛将于4月30日正式启动作品征集，大赛组委会28日发布征稿启事。

　　大赛由湖北省海峡两岸交流促进会主办，湖北经济学院承办，以“窗外”为主题。组委会称，“窗外”象征突破与超越，承载情感寄托与思绪延伸，亦寓意两岸青年打开内心窗篱，共创美好未来。

　　大赛作品征集分设“从心开始、心心相印、心向未来”三个创作单元，引导参赛者围绕两岸风景、特色美食、民俗文化、科技发展、时尚潮流、创业成长等元素，全面传播真实而鲜活的两岸融合发展故事，展现两岸青年心怀梦想、携手向前的精神风貌。

　　本届大赛面向两岸青年创作团队、各大高校和个人征集2024年9月30日前的微电影、微视频原创作品。微视频作品时长为30秒以内，短视频作品时间为1-5分钟，微电影作品时长为5-20分钟，格式为AVI、MPG、MP4。报名表及参赛作品可发至：jingfeiyan2014@126.com。

　　据介绍，组委会将先评选30部入围作品，再从入围作品中评出“金飞燕奖”作品1部、“银飞燕奖”作品2部、“铜飞燕奖”作品3部，分别给予20000元(人民币，下同)、10000元、5000元奖励。此外，设置优秀作品若干以及最佳男主角、最佳女主角、最具创新奖、最佳编剧奖、最佳网络人气奖、最佳音效奖、最佳导演奖、最佳摄影奖，增设最佳手机短视频奖、最具潜力奖等奖项。
